Commission Disclaimers
❥ Payment Method: PayPal - I will send you an invoice once the piece is completed. No payment is required before the piece is finished.
❥ Refunds: All commissions are nonrefundable. Clients can cancel a commission request before I have started working on the piece, please contact me if you choose to do this.
❥ I will NOT draw: Furries, gore, extreme violence, nudity, sexual activities, and/or full suits of armor.
❥ Pricing Large Pieces: For pieces with a full background included, I will be charging based on the hours spent working on the piece instead of using my base prices. I tend to spend a lot more time and energy on these pieces; the added depth and complexity increases the amount of work required. Therefore, these pieces will be priced at $15/hour.
❥ Rights: I reserve the right to decline and cancel commission requests. I hold the rights over all commissions and art I create and can upload these pieces to social media.
❥ Commercial Rights: If you are interested in using a commission for commercial purposes, you must contact me and purchase rights before doing so.
❥ Liabilities: I am not liable for any copyright infringements clients receive when sharing commissioned art. I am not liable for Twitch approving commissioned emotes, be sure to consult Twitch TOS before commissioning.

A sketch will be sent to you using your primary contact method, in which you are free to make changes to the design and look of the piece. Once you are satisfied with the design of the piece, I will complete the commission. Minor edits are permitted, but larger design changes will cost extra to complete.
❥ Delivery Method: Once your piece is complete, I will send you a watermarked version of the image through your primary contact method until payment is confirmed. All files will be delivered to your primary contact method, although I can also email these files if preferred.

Expectation of Clients
❥ When Commissioning: Use the proper google form to submit your commission request (the Anime Character Form and Emote Form) unless I have instructed otherwise in private messages. Be sure to fill out the form concisely and carefully: include any and all information regarding the piece in mind.
❥ Communication: I expect responses to be made in a timely manner. If I do not receive feedback about a commissioned piece within 7 days, I will remove the piece from my commission queue.
❥ Payment: I do not expect payment to be made until after the commissioned piece is completed. If you would prefer to pre-pay for the commission, message me and I will send the invoice early. Please note this does not increase your commission priority, do not expect me to work on your piece sooner than intended. If you are interested in receiving your piece faster, I offer rush orders.

❥ Any other personal use with proper credits to who the artist is.

❥ Remove signatures and watermarks.
❥ Draw/paint over my work.
❥ Make or request any edits to my art without permission.
❥ Sell my artwork in any respect without proper right purchasing first.
❥ Use commissions for social media icons.
